LeafCalc is dedicated to transparent and fair pricing for our carbon accounting platform. Our services are provided on a Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription basis.

Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer tiered subscription plans detailed on our main website. Each plan is billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the associated fees, which will be charged automatically to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period.

Price Adjustments

LeafCalc reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. We will provide all active customers with a minimum of 30 days' advance notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the service after a price change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount.

Taxes & Fees

All prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. Customers are responsible for paying all such taxes associated with their subscription.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LeafCalc software and website ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts & Responsibility: You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity that occurs under it. You must maintain the security of your account password.
2. Intellectual Property: The Service, its branding, and all original content are the exclusive property of LeafCalc. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service.
3. Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, to infringe upon the rights of others, or to introduce malicious software. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
4. Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account for any breach of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall LeafCalc be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

This policy outlines the terms for cancelling a service subscription and our position on refunds.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your LeafCalc subscription at any time from your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will retain full access to your plan's features until that date.

Refunds

Payments for our services are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or any other reason once a payment has been processed. We encourage all users to fully evaluate our platform using our trial or introductory plans before committing to a long-term subscription.

Capital Investments

Please be aware that capital investments made to LeafCalc are entirely separate from service subscriptions. All investments are governed by a distinct legal agreement and are considered final and non-refundable.
